Description:
1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 04:00 hrs
Lighting: Clear skies
Weather: 3Km VisibilityUS Forces are now proceeding onto the second phase of the overall operation and are now going to gain a foothold in the Eastern half of the island, by continuing along MSR Picard and capturing key objectives along the way. This operation will be spearheaded by Eagle Platoon, with Alpha Platoon conducting a flank attack along the Separatists northern flank in support of Eagle Platoon.
Theatre 
AO A. Enemy Forces:
The Separatists are located between PL Noon and PL Evening, focusing their main defensive efforts at OBJ O’Brian and OBJ Kira and have prepared defenses there. They are equipped with at least one MANPAD, several ATGMs. The separatists have an Infantry company supported by mechanized armor, with Artillery and Air support unlikely. Intelligence suggests that the Separatists may be using the hills along their northern flank as dominating positions for their heavy weapons, including ATGMs and MANPAD(s).
B. Friendly Forces:
4th Ranger Battalion, Z company, A platoon are located at FOB Almegaard with their Arial assets located at AFB Almegaard. Eagle platoon, consisting of a combined armoured platoon of M6 Linebacks and M1A2s is holding between PL Dusk and PL Noon, awaiting their attack time.
1) Equipment: Standard limited ammo and equipment at FOB Almegaard.
2) Surveillance: micro UAVs
3) Ground Vehicles: 2x UGVs
4) Fixed Wing: 1x A10
5) Rotary Wing: 1x MH-6, 1x UH-60M, 1x CH-47I
6) Naval: None
Other friendly forces: Eagle Platoon.
C. Civilian Presence:
Civilians are expected to be concentrated at the major population centers and evacuated from the country side and thus the combat zone.
2. Mission
Your force is to assist Eagle Platoon in their assault of OBJ O’Brian and OBJ Kira.
3. Execution
Your unit is to be promptly transported by Helicopter behind enemy lines and to the North of MSR Picard, safely away from the AO in order to avoid MANPADs near the Objectives. You are to destroy as many ATGMs along the Seperatists Northern Flank before 05h30, which is when Eagle Platoon will commence their assault.
ROE: You are free to engage all armed personnel. Minimize collateral and civilian casualties.
