Description:
1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 21:30 hrs
Lighting: No moon conditions
Weather: Stormy, 3Km VisibilityThe bulk of 4th Ranger Battalion, Z company, A platoon advanced to deep and too quickly along the MSR, reaching PL Dusk and taking Aarsballe, but with casualties, little ammo to spare and leaving their flanks and rear exposed. This has lead to an encirclement of the platoon by the Separatists. The platoon needs to hold out until the rest of it’s platoon breaks through the encirclement and reinforces and resupplies their comrades and for Eagle Platoon, now landing at the port of Roenne to relieve A platoon at Aarshalle.

Theatre A. Enemy Forces:
There is about a company’s strength of worth of foot mobiles scattered around Aarsballe (OBJ Sisko) due to A Platoon’s recent push that have formed the encirclement. There is another mechanized company’s strength worth of Separatists including light Armour that has been deployed in reaction to A Platoon and conducting a hasty counter-attack along MSR Picard.
B. Friendly Forces:
2 Squads of 4th Ranger Battalion, Z company, A platoon is located at OBJ Sisko, with A Platoon’s FST team located 300m West, hidden from the enemy. The rest of the platoon is located at FOB Almegaard, with Arial assets located at AFB Almegaard.
1) Equipment: Limited ammo at OBJ Sisko, with standard equipment and ammo at FOB Almegaard.
2) Surveillance: micro UAVs
3) Ground Vehicles: 1x M2A2 ODS BUSK I, 1x 2 Door HMMWV, 1x Ammo HEMMT, 1x Repair HEMMT
4) Fixed Wing: 1x A10
5) Rotary Wing: 1x MH-6, 1x UH-60M
6) Naval: None
Other friendly forces: Eagle Platoon, consisting of 1 Bradley section and 2 motorized Infantry Squads.
C. Civilian Presence:
Civilians are expected to be concentrated at the major population centers and evacuated from the country side and thus the combat zone.
2. Mission
Your force is hold OBJ Sisko until Eagle Platoon relieves Z Platoon.
3. Execution
Your unit is to entrench at OBJ Sisko and use the armoured and motorized assets at FOB Almegaard in order to assist in breaking through the enemy encirclement and reinforcing your defenses. Eagle Platoon will take some to mobilize, and may take an hour to move out along MSR Picard and onto OBJ Sisko.
ROE: You are free to engage all armed personnel. Minimize collateral and civilian casualties.
