Scheduled for Sunday the 23rd March
    Description:
    1. SITUATION
    Situation Time: 07:00 hrs

    Weather: Partly cloudy, 2.5Km Visibility

Zulu-Alpha troops have consolidated at the site of Angel-1-1 crash (065200), designated RP Ubuhlungu,
and have received medical support from the UN Training base at FOB Benecala in the form of a CASEVAC
Strider for 2nd Lt Phoenix and CSM Raven, who miraculously survived the crash which it is believed was
caused by faulty avionics, not the “cheap” fuel loaded by the captains brother.

    A. Enemy Forces:
As before the opposition forces are armed civilians with assorted light arms and ammunition, searching
of enemy KIA has shown that the poachers weapons also include PKM’s, RPG 7’s and Draganov Sniper
Rifles, it is not know why the poachers have such heavy armaments for hunting animals. At least one ZA
soldier was wounded from a sniper ambush.

    B. Friendly Forces:
The South African UN contingent at FOB Benecala has provided medical support and full medical resupply. The CASEVAC Strider will remain at RP Ubuhlungu for the duration of the mission.

There are no civilians in the AO.

    2. Mission
ZA is to continue clearing out the AO.

    3. Execution
The CO may proceed as he/she sees fit.
