Hi all new recruits! Just a reminder, as per Phoenix’s post on Page 1:
The date on this post will be for the first of three phases of selection. The other phases will be scheduled afterwards, most probably on the same day of the week in the following week, but discussion of all three phases for this class is discussed here.
Please Note: As a ZA Member, you are expected to behave in a disciplined fashion, adhere to a set of specific rules, and maintain sufficient attendance at the General Events. If you don’t think you can do that, please don’t sign up.

Time: 20:00 form up, 20:30 start

Signing Up: You will need to register in this topic before 25 September 2016. Please note that if you put your name down, you are committing to attend. If you don’t put your name down by 25 September 2016, you will not be allowed to attend.
Note: Late comers and people with missing mods will simply be dropped from selection. You are expected to have working TFAR and Arma 3. If you are having issues, find someone to help you sort them out before selection commences. Non-working TFAR is grounds for dropping you from Selection.There is a pre-selection briefing (see below) at which these things can be sorted out. If you can’t make that, contact me, and make arrangements to test.
We will also be holding a pre-selection briefing on Sunday 25 September 2016, at 19:00. This will be your opportunity to test your systems and make sure you have the correct mods and settings in place. We will run you through some of the rules and give you a few tips on how you can improve your chances of success.

I must apologise. I will not be able to make tonight. I was looking forward to it but something that I can not put off has come up. I hope to be able to be included in the next selection.
Do we need Apex DLC for the Selection phase?
If so I will need to withdraw my name, not sure I want to buy a DLC until I am 100% sure its something I will play in the future
Note that for tomorrow’s selection, I would like to start 30 mins early, so at 20h00 kick off, we can make 19:45 form up.
We will have Phase 3 next week Monday at 20h00 (kick off) please assemble 30 mins before that.
Congratulations to Lionel175 for passing selection, however tentatively. You need to do Fire and Maneuver, Fire and First aid master drill, either in training with us or in phase 3 with class 27. Please sign in to our new site at https://srv2.zulu-alpha.co.za/ , then we will assign you your rank and you will be sent an invitation to our Slack team which is our primary method of communication.
Afrikaner and Dark_star, you failed phase 2, so you will need to do that with class 27.
Mouchizz you didn’t finish Phase 1, so you need to repeat it this Thursday.
Mike Starz, you failed phase 1 and did not show for phases 2 and 3.
