    Hi guys

    Johannes from Bloemfontein. I joined up to firstly ask which Arma version i should get? 2 or 3?

    A little about myself: I enjoy pc and Ps3 gaming. I am a fan of simulations whether it be Gran Turismo 5 online racing at http://www.granturismo.co.za events that I compete in or BF3 which I currently play. Not so much a COD fan. Its too easy and too much chaos and unrealistic. I also enjoy playing Airsoft skirmishes and milsim at Ruins paintball and Airsoft field in Bloemfontein.

    Would really like to play some simulation warfare here with all of you.

    Welcome dude.

    Suggest you get Arma 3 Alpha for now. Arma 2 is no longer our official game.

    Checkout the A3 setup guide on the forum after you’ve bought and downloaded it via Steam.

    Hop onto our TS server when you got PlaywithSix and Teamspeak sorted.

    Wolf and Raven, thank you for the welcome messages! I checked out the install guide and will be downloading Arma 3 soon. Luckily I have a 10mb line phewee!

    I will definitely contact you guys if I struggle!

    No worries dude.

    Shouldn’t have any issues. The A3 mod install is relatively more simpler with PlayWithSix than what Arma 2 used to be.

    I just purchased Arma 3 Alpha. Will install tomorrow or over the weekend and get everything all setup and ready to go!

    Just need to make sure my bluetooth headset works with Teamspeak.

    Okay so Arma is installed and running! Just need to configure everything now. Teamspeak seems to work 100%. Just dont have the password for the server now? How do i get the password?

    Hi Joeslow

    Welcome!

    You can pop onto our ts server and just ask anybody there for the password to our Arma 3 servers. We dont post in on the website.

    Everything tested and working! Also I went and checked all my key assignments and tried all the combinations to see what happens. Really epic movement that is possible!

    So should I now sign up for selection?
