    1. SITUATION

    Situation Time: 12H00L 7 April 2024

    Lighting: Day

    Weather: clear

The recent arrest of a local driving under the influence of alcohol led to the discovery of a drug cartel operating out of several BLUKING fast food outlets when documentation regarding this was found on the man. It appears that the cooks in these outlets have been cooking up more than just burgers and pita’s. It also came to light that several of the local police have been involved in the syndicate. To avoid the cartel being warned of any local action against them, the Altis government has requested the help of Zulu-Alpha to raid these outlets during the the busy lunch hour when they least expect it. Since US forces have been using Altis for training for many years, Altis inhabitants are accustomed to US troops moving all over the island and even frequenting these establishments for a quick lunch break during training exercises.

    A. Enemy Forces:

The arrested man had info of three BLUKING fast food outlets involved in cooking meth and selling to local addicts. It would appear that the ingredients for cooking the meth is distributed form a single location but the man was fearful of his life, claiming that there were individuals in the local police who were part of the cartel and that he wouldn’t see the sun set if he talked. The cartel appears to be mostly a civilian group but it can be expected that as with all criminal operations, they may have a strong armed force waiting in the wings to protect their business.

These are the BLUKING locations known to be operated by the cartel.
