1. SITUATION

Situation Time: 01:15L 10 December 2023

Lighting: Night. First light at 03:15

Zulu Alpha has been deployed in Poland near the Belarus border conducting daily drone observations along the border to monitor Russian military movements. On the morning of 9 December Dragon 4 observed four major changes from the day before. 1. The river between Poland and Belarus is suddenly patrolled by rubber ducks with armed Russian soldiers. 2. a Russian platoon has set up a temporary camp 1km NE of Chernogorsk. There are four camo nets around the camp that are impenetrable to IR optics. It is unknown what is hidden under these nets.  3. In the town of Elektrozavodsk a train has appeared in the rail yard loaded with BM21’s, ammo trucks and fuel trucks. 4. Two submarines are moored at the Elektrozavodsk docks being rearmed. It is suspected they have entered the river from the North Sea past Denmark. Command is concerned that these Russian assets are destined for Ukraine and has instructed Zulu Alpha to conduct a surgical stealth strike on all the targets in the early hours of 10 December before they move on. Detonation of any explosives should be coordinated to go off at the same time to avoid alerting the enemy. The only dry entry into Belarus is via an old unused train bridge at Chernogorsk.

A. Enemy Forces:

Besides the Camp NE of Chernogorsk, Russian forces consist of small infantry patrols in Chernogorsk and more concentrated forces in Elektrozavodski to protect the submarines and train. Is is unknown if there are any reaction forces further into Belarus.

B. Friendly Forces:

Zulu-Alpha is stationed in a forest clearing 1.5km south of the border

2. Mission

1. Identify the equipment under the cammo nets in the temporary camp NE of Chernogorsk and detroy it if possible.
2. Destroy the equipment on the train
3. Destroy the munitions intended for re-arming the submarines. Command is unable to supply adequate explosives to destroy the submarines at such short notice.
4. Avoid detection.
