1. SITUATION

Weather: Clear visibility.

Drug cartels have set up operations on the island nation of Tanoa, kidnapping locals and forcing them to work for them. The Tanoan military has been turning a blind eye to these operations, leading the political government to suspect their involvement with the cartels.

Fed up with the Tanoan military’s inaction, the prime minister requested help from Zulu-Alpha. ZA is stationed at the Tanoan Airport on the South-West coast of the main island.

The main cartel appears to be operating from a stronghold to he East, marked as Objective Freebase. Local intelligence further identified a camp that is used to hold kidnapped locals, marked as Objective Stardust.

ZA is tasked with liberating the locals at Objective Stardust, before they can be moved out for the day, and then clearing Objective Firebase of any cartel forces.

A. Enemy Forces: The cartel employs around 100 infantry, equipped with light arms and a limited number of motorised and mechanised vehicles. They do not have access to anti-air or armoured assets. The cartel’s forces are believed to be controlling the area around the objectives through patrols and roadblocks. The extent of the Tanoan military’s involvement with the cartels is not known. They do not appear to be actively supporting the cartels at this time.

B. Friendly Forces: Zulu-Alpha is stationed to the West at the Tanoan Airport
