1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 4:30AM
Lighting: Early morning, Half Moon, 1st Light 5:30AM
Weather: Clear
Terrain: Relatively flat with pockets of micro-terrain movements. With stretches of a medium-density jungle for several kilometres. Terrain remains 70% arid desert and several rocks.
In late 2019, a Fairly one-sided affair located in Kujari, a Middle eastern state located west of Kunduz about 150km into the enemy territory. Special forces unit, Delta Force managed to infiltrate and clear out the most northern airfield enough for the US the land C-130 and establish a quick FOB this will eventually become home for the next few months.
JABBA JABBA AO Zulu-Alpha and a Couple of engineers were the first arrive in pitch-black darkness the night before and was immediately taken fire from light arms. A small pocket of IS insurgents sprung an attack that lasted a few minutes then they disappeared.
HQ wants to establish a perimeter on the outskirts of the base and has instructed Zulu Company, Alpha Platoon to conduct a motorised show of force exercise and meet with villagers and elders in the five adjacent towns closest proximity to the Airfield.
Intel has only released that an “informant” who asked for Asylum in the US in exchange for info is our only Point to go by located at Village A. Meeting him first would prove vital for rest of the operation.
The local civilians despise the US arrival, but HQ is uncertain their hostility
