Description:

1. SITUATION

Situation Time: 04:30 hrs
Weather: Clear, 2Km Visibility

Operation Emerald Carry is a follow on from Operation Deadlight where members of Dragon-2 were ambushed by FIA forces and killed. Dragon-1’s mission to find out what happened Dragon-2 accounted for all the units bodies except Dragon Actual, who remained unaccounted for.

Intel obtained during Operation Deadlight has lead Zulu-Alpha’s Military Intelligence to discover the location of a major FIA operating centre. An asset on the ground has indicated that Piotre Agapolis, a FIA commander, has been seen in residence at the camp. It is beleived that Agapolis will have actionable intelligence as to current status and or locatin of Dragon-2 Actual.

This action will take on two phases.

The primary focus of this mission is obtaining the location and the rescue of Dragon-2 Actual if he is alive or the recovery of his body if he is not.
The secondary objective will be a reprisal action against the FIA showing them that ZA is not to be messed with.

Area of Operations:

A. Enemy Forces:
Enemy forces consist of FIA troops carrying light to medium arms, including M4’s, AK47’s, RPK’s and RPG-7’s. FIA forces have used technicals in the past so these can be expected as well. Intel also indicates that there is at least one soviet surplus BDRM present at the factory located at (0620 1625). It is also expected that where ever they are keeping D2A will have a siginificant guarding force. However as it was thought that the FIAhad been eliminated as an entity it is unknown just what forces they will be able to bring to bear.

B. Friendly Forces:
ZA Dragon-1 has formed up at (0369 1766) and have access to standard armaments and three RG-31’s. The Marines have made several air assets available for use by ZA and these are stationed at the international airport.

1) Aviation: 1 x UH-51 Sea Stallion, 1 x AH6-L MELB, 2 x UH-61 Blackhawk
2) Ground Vehicles: 2 x RG31-M2, 1 x RG31-mk19

C. Civilian Presence:
There are present throughout the area of operations and they hold no allegiance to either ZA or the FIA. There must be no civilian casualties.
 

2. Mission

There are three objectives for ZA to undertake.

1) Recover actionable intel re location and condition of D2A
2) Rescue D2A
3) Eliminate all FIA forces at factory

 

3. Execution

The CO may proceed as they see fit.

B. MEDICAL SUPPORT
ZA is responsible for their own medical requirements.

Standard ZA radio protocols apply
