Description:
1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 03:15hrs
Lighting: Visibility 1km. Half Moon
Weather: Clear.
The current deadlock between Russian forces and US military on United Saharani has left a divided island at “No-Man Lands” where US forces occupy the Western part of the Main Island and Russian Forces the Eastern Part of the Main Island. A stalemate has occurred in which neither the USSR nor US have gained common ground and no sought to take other avenues.
AO – Operation Bolt The USSR has relied formally on the T72 tank platoon to cover the main island and several QRF camps have seen the response time shortened immensely.
The resulting forces have shown that any ingress route is met with fierce and brutal tactics that HQ has deemed any direct frontal assault a Suicide mission and has ordered all US troops to refrain from this approach.
Recently a Target of Opportunity has presented itself after recon footage shown a Russian lab with a couple of armed scientist working on a multitude of Barrels. Intel believes this target to be met with light resistance but can expect some retaliation for the destruction of this facility.
Lab HQ has ordered Rangers to perform a stealth airdrop and to disable the facility, in addition, to steal a book of Intel in HQ presume in chemical formulae what the scientist are conjuring. In the Footage, a Green gas is seen which HQ has issued a word of caution around the gas.
Objective Barrels Some heat signatures show a couple of SU-34 Fighter Jets ground on the Eastern Corner of the Island.
The Evade part of the mission is then to cross back over 7km of enemy terrain where at least 1x Ranger needs to cross the bridge with Intel for mission success. HQ has made available the Landmine placements for no man’s land

2. Mission
- Paradrop and destroy Russian Lab (Primary the Chemical Barrels)
- Retrieve Intel from Lab
- Evade back to US territory
3. Execution
- The CO may proceed as he sees fit. HQ strongly suggest a HALO insertion to avoid early detection by the SU-34’s
