1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 12:00L 13 August 2016
Lighting: Day
Weather: Clear skies. Posibility of sandstorms.
Day 2. On our first day in-country we cleared the large settlement of Marwey South East of Marwey Airfield, effectively preventing the airfield from being attacked from there. On the evening of our first mission the U.S. ARMY Engineering Corps arrived at Camp Tusk. They pitched another tent behind the kit-up area and delivered scale models of every town in the Province to help Zulu-Alpha with mission planning. The Engineers also gave us plans to construct simple wooden bridges strong enough to carry any vehicle over a river narrow enough.
2. Mission
- CO to direct mission of the day.
- Avoid civilian casualties where possible

Campaign logistics:
DO NOT GEAR UP UNTIL PERSIST HAVE FINISHED LOADING OR THE GEAR YOU HAVE TAKEN WILL DISSAPEAR FOREVER.
Persist has a funny way of adding a 343 radio to your kit on every load. Just check it so you don’t carry extra weight for no reason.
