1. SITUATION

Situation Time: 08:00 hrs

Weather: Unlimited visibility.

While in Altis, there has been a tragic event that was unforeseen and we need to act as quickly as we can. Zulu Alpha is stationed close to Kavala on the island of Altis in efforts to help rebuild the region that was abandoned during the war. Militia groups have since moved in and plundered everything. Their main purpose is to cause more political instability. One of our supply choppers en route to the Zulu Alpha Main Base has just been shot down in the area. We need to get those pilots back to safety.

A. Enemy Forces: FIA Rebel forces are moving in and taking over Altis to establish political gain. Lightly armed insurgents in towns and cities with technicals and AT. AA have also been spotted.

B. Friendly Forces: Friendly forces are stationed at FOB STADIUM. Major fighting is going on in Kavala between US, GB and Militia. No entry for Zulu Alpha has been granted into the main city.

1) Equipment: Standard NATO equipment at start.

2) Surveillance: Will see what can be given to us by US or Brit forces.

3) Ground Vehicles: 1 x Coyote, 1x APC, 1 x HEMMT (Repair)

4) Fixed Wing: None

5) Rotary Wing: 1xUH 60 (MEV).

6) Naval: None.

Other friendly forces: US and British Army personnel manning FOB.

C. Civilian Presence: No Details. None Seen.

Extract downed crew of Eagle 1 (US based chopper unit)

3. Execution

Move towards crash site. Details will be given during pre mission briefing.
Beware of IED’s and Ambushes
Assume all forces hostile, no civilian presence.
Avoid KAVALA at all times
