Scheduled for Tuesday the 16th of September
This will be a FvF between ZA and BDR, where BDR is the attacker (East).
WEST WARNORD:
1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 08:00 hrs
Lighting: N/A
Weather: Heavy Fog, 1Km Visibility, Forecast states it will stay this way through the mission.Due to recent the recent political strife in the Black Sea Region and the souring of East-West relations, NATO assets have been relocated to an air base on the island of Utes in the Black Sea in order to give us more flexibility. Since we are not at war, security is minimal at the moment, however just yesterday a Russian Federation Mistral Class Amphibious Assault Ship (the RFS Vladivostok) has suspiciously sailed within several Km of the island.
Command has ordered a heightened state of alert on the island in case the Russians attempt aggressive covert action, which coupled with the heavy fog and skeleton NATO defense, would be prudent.

Map of the AO A. Enemy Forces:
The RFS Vladivostok has SDVs, SWCCs, boats and a KA-60 Helicopters on it and a special forces team.
B. Friendly Forces:

EAST WARNORD:
1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 08:00 hrs
Lighting: N/A
Weather: Heavy Fog, 1Km Visibility, Forecast states it will stay this way through the mission.NATO forces have moved a large assortment of advanced combat equipment, including attack aircraft and helicopter gunships to an airbase on the island of Utes in the Black Sea. Command believes that this equipment has been moved there in preparation for a step up in NATO action against us in the region and as such has ordered a covert raid against the assets on the island in order to discourage further deployment there and delay an enemy attack. This is made possible by the fact that NATO is in a false sense of security and has left only a skeleton garrison on the island while the rest of the NATO personnel will be transported to the island only later on in the week.
A. Enemy Forces:
NATO forces consist of a squad strength infantry garrison armed with NATO small arms, unarmed motorized transport and one MH-6 helicopter. They are expected to be patrolling the island and guarding the assets on the airbase.
B. Friendly Forces:
Your force is located aboard the Vladivostok located 3Km South West of Utes.
1) Equipment: Russian small arms, including RPGs and explosives.
2) Surveillance: None
3) Naval Vehicles: 3x SDV, 2x SWCC, 3x RHIB
4) Fixed Wing: None
5) Rotary Wing: 1x KA-60
Other friendly forces: Friendly coalition forces hold Bakaho and Vumba (at the end of the MSR)
C. Civilian Presence:
There is no civilian presence on the island.
2. Mission
Your force is to destroy as many enemy assets as possible located at the air base. You do not have to destroy all the assets, but priority should be given to enemy fixed wing assets first, then helicopter gunships and then armor. You must destroy at least 3 enemy vehicles.
3. Execution
The Vladivostok will be sailing close by the island and will be the launching point for your attack and your method of extraction from the theater. The CO may proceed as he\she sees fit.
Thermal images of the base have been obtained and are available here:
Thermal 1, Thermal 2, Thermal 3, Thermal 4, Thermal 5, Thermal 6, Thermal 7, Thermal 8, Thermal 9
ROE: You are free to engage all armed NATO personnel.
4. Service and Support

Meta-Mission details:
Location:
Utes -> tvt@30_airfieldassault_v##
Medical System:
Default AGM.
Special Mods:
None
Special Requirements:
For OPFOR, use ALiVE logistics (enabled via the alive menu) to stow crates into the boats. DO NOT use it to carry crates while on deck (use AGM for that) but only use ALiVE logistics when on land or under water, as when you drop an item it gets place at 0 elevation Above Terrain Level.
Use the action menu item on the boats to launch them from the deck. You can be inside or outside the boats to launch them.
