1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 00H00, 16 June 2022

Weather: clear,
During political discussions in the eastern block town of Yuriegrad, three politicians from the western block were taken prisoner and their entourage executed. Talks to have the prisoners returned have failed and to curb tension between the two sides of Yulakia, NATO has asked that the prisoners be rescued by western forces.
Yulakia All intel points to the prisoners being held on Larta Island SE of the mainland, which is for all intents and purposes one big prison. Prisoners are allowed to roam free by day. MI does not expect the politicians to be among those allowed any freedom.
Larta Island A. Enemy Forces:
The island is secured by Russian forces consisting of numerous infantry squads and fire teams patrolling the Island. The southern, more green part of the island perimeter is mostly secured by patrols while the northern more open areas are secured by ZU-23 installations. There are not many vehicles on the island but expect some technical patrols. Small patrol boats circle the island 24 hours a day to catch anyone wanting to swim to freedom.
The commander of the island is a General Egor Litvinov who is known to be a bit of a recluse, keeping to himself and away from the daily buzz. If anyone knows where the politicians are kept, it will be him.
B. Friendly Forces:
Zulu-Company, Alpha platoon is stationed at Snake Island

C. Civilian Presence: There are some prisoners on the island although their exact locations are not known
2. Mission
- Infiltrate the Island and find General Litvinov. Search his person and dwelling for any intel regarding the whereabouts of the politicians.
- Rescue the three politicians and safely evacuate them back to Snake Island
