1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 12H30 pm L 2 July 2018
Lighting: midday
Weather: Clear
MI in Anizay has discovered that Taliban insurgents once again plan to unsettle the peace that currently reign in the region. The NW territory where most civilians resides and farms in peace will be the target of the Taliban and they mean to unsettle the peace with strategically placing bombs in the area to create chaos. MI also discovered that the Taliban has recently procured a large number of explosives which they are hiding somewhere. The group has settled themselves in the town of Gorqan. Surveilance of the area shows that no civilians remain in the town.
A. Enemy Forces:
Exact numbers of the enemy is not known but several patrols and rooftop scouts have been noticed. Being the middle of summer and temperatures in the high forties it is almost certain that a large number of insurgent remains inside. No technical vehicles or armor have been spotted.
It is almost certain that one of the leaders in town will have intel as to the whereabouts of the explosive cache and that it will be well guarded. The possibility exists that they will use some of the explosives to protect the cache.
Small groups of Taliban can be found all over the NE,SW and SE blocks of Anizay

2. Mission
- Eliminate the Taliban forces in Gorqan by any means and search the bodies for intel on the whereabouts of the explosive cache.
- Discover the Cache location and destroy it
- Capitol damage to the area is permitted since locals have resettled in the NW block years ago.
