1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 11:50AM
Lighting: Midday.
Weather: Clear Skies, unlimited visibility.
Zulu-Alpha is currently stationed on FOB Garmsar, roughly about 5.5km west of FOB Bastam, A Mosque firmly in Friendly US hands. The US was busy developing and building up the FOB Garmsar, Utilizing Materials, and ammunition from the Main Airfield.
AO – Bastam’ic Vinegar About two nights ago whilst logistic was simple and quiet, the one ammo truck with US weapons was hi-jacked or destroyed. Somewhere along the main MSR route. US Intel is suspicious though surrounding the event’s, that an insider was liaising with the enemy for a handsome amount of money and arranged for the truck to be “Hi-jacked”
This, however, is not our worry. In the preceding days that follow a friendly Helicopter was shot down very close to the MSR and a quick reaction team consisting of 4 Humvee’s were on the route when they reported heavy AT from their right followed by silence. HQ presume the worst.
As such HQ has barred the use of any vehicle for the risk of losing more assets and after the one morning a NATO patrol encountered a combatant plating IED’s along the main route…
The Situation is really dire, Truck – stolen, Helo down, Humvee lost, IED’s… It’s a real mess out there. The resulting force is for Zulu-Alpha to conduct an “On Foot” style clearing of the Main MSR.
HQ has allowed that our Friendly UGV-Stomper nicknamed “MOGUL” be utilized as the only heavy transport lift for resupply crates.
It’s going to be a long-ass walk…

- Clear the Main MSR route from IED’s and enemy strongholds
- Destroy any Caches found.
