For the first mission we had 13 members attend and 12 members attend the second mission, with Bravo 1 and Wookie showing full attendance at the first and second events. Bravo 2 only had 3 members while they are finding a replacement.
Training saw 10 members attend, for the training of our first drill, which will be graded for by the next training, as well with any other drill that may be published before then.
There are a few administrative changes. First Rage is now a member of the Mods Office, to help with the deliberation and selection of new mods.
Secondly, teams must now have full attendance at a minimum of 1 or 1/3 (whichever is greatest) of the general event(s) in any given block. This change was made when me and Raven determined that the probability of 4 team members with good overall attendance showing up at the same time was much closer to 33% than 67%. With this change however, we see no reason why a team cannot maintain this requirement and replace members who won’t be active. So we will continue disbanding teams that fail these requirements.
We will be having a lot more international games and more interesting mission with new content in the following blocks, so the future for ZA looks very good indeed.
