Organizational
Firstly I would like to congratulate @arg0n and @gecko for passing selection, you guys now have the candidate rank. Please see the rest of this post for details.
Bravo 1 has been disbanded and is being reformed with Raven taking command, and is looking for new members to join the team.
We are going allow Candidates (people who just passed selection and not the DTT training yet) to join Teams now (Patrols), so you can ask team leaders if you can join their teams and they will decide.
We are also going to begin focusing on Team quality, as the Organizational SOP intended, so there may be more frequent disbanding of teams if they don’t have full attendance at two of the three events in a block (2 week period). If you are a team leader and you have a member who wont be able to attend regularly, then you can remove him and ask someone else to take his place, in order to make sure your team survives.
Block Reports
Block 3
We had two new members join us (Suka and Zhomz) from selection Class 7, with Blind finishing later with Class 8 due to missing one phase.
The first mission of the block had 9 members and was Hill Stomper part 1. Training had the same attendance at 9 and the final mission had a nice improvement in attendance for hill stomper phase 2 of 14.
Block 4
We had two events with BDR this block, which both went well. Both missions where Operation Zenobia, where Opfor needs to hide and defend two trucks from Blufor. We played as Opfor the first time and Blufor in the second round. We would like to thank all those who attended, and all the members of BDR for great games. Each event we have with BDR is better than the last.
We started Selection Class 8 (completed in Block 5).
The first mission had 8 members attend, with a increase to 11 members for Training, where we covered the new DTT contacts page, which will form the foundation of the Drills. The final mission of the block had 9 members again.
