1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 04h30L 24 June 2024

A drug smuggling group calling themselves “Kingpin” was targeted in an operation by local police. Both sides took heavy casualties and the gang eventually escaped. They withdrew to the town of Therisa where they chased all the locals out of town and blocking the main route to the AAC Airfield. Police believe that the gang has two aircraft on the Airfield possibly loaded with drugs and other illegal paraphernalia. Seeing that they didn’t take off in these aircraft it is possible that their pilots were injured or killed in the initial operation.
The local police chief requested Zulu-Alpha’s help to clear the town and destroy the gang’s aircraft.
Arena A. Enemy Forces:
The strength of “kingpin” is not known but it is certain that they have no heavy weapons or weaponized vehicles as those were either destroyed or captured by police. Police expect them to be around 40 to 60 armed with assault rifles and grenades. They have barricaded themselves in Therisa. Some foot patrols and patrolling civilian vehicles have been spotted. - The local governor has authorized some collateral damage as they are desperate to be rid of Kingpin. The government will make restitution to civilians for their losses.
