Description:
1. SITUATION
Situation Time: 03:30hrs
Lighting: Pre-dawn. Approx. 30 minutes to first light.
Weather: Morning mist, limited visibility. Expected to lighten/clear at dawn.
A military coup has just taken place in Greece citing failure of government to address years of economic collapse and humanitarian/refugee pressure. The European Union, eager to resolve the crisis with most haste has requested a NATO show of force against the Greenbacks in an attempt to scare them into submission. A simultaneous strike is set to take place across several military installations.
Our mission is to deny the Greenbacks access to air radar in the region to limit their AAA capabilities. Zulu Company, Alpha Platoon has been tasked to destroy the radar station at Air Station Mike 26 before the main strike of the Air Base scheduled for 04h30.
A. Enemy Forces:
We expect light patrols around the island, with infantry garrisons stationed at points of interest. A large Greenback garrison is expected at Stratis Air Base which may include APCs.
B. Friendly Forces: Zulu-Alpha is located at the island of Pythos (inserted covertly via fishing trawler).

6) Naval: 4 x Black Zodiac RHIBs, 1 Medical Zodiac RHIB

C. Civilian Presence: None.
2. Mission
- Insert onto Stratis Island
- Move to Airstation Mike 26
- Secure the area and destroy the radar installation
- Extract before any possible QRF can arrive (assuming forces are not all destroyed in the main strike at 04h30.
3. Execution
- Remain covert as long as possible to reduce risk of a QRF from Stratis Airbase.
