    Scheduled for Sunday 9 December 2018



    Situation Time: 17:30hrs

    Lighting: Dusk, Sunset at 18:25 pm, Full Moon

    Weather:  Clear Skies, Visibility 5km+

    Altis, a Long forgotten island and the continual lengthy stalemate between the United States and Russia has seen the severity of over-extending, prolonged battles and precious resources like fuel and ammunition running low, destroyed assets strewn throughout the battlefield.

    AO – Operation Torchlight

    Both Battalion Commanders has felt the pressure of these over-extended engagements where both cannot risk losing more assets. Adversely, this created “NO MAN’S LAN” a defensible line created on both ends with static weapons and is heavily manned by infantry. This resulting action meant both commanders are now bunkering down and strengthening the key locations within their own territory. This Heat image shows activity and possible key interest for objective taking/destroying.

    Enemy Strenght

    NATO, closely monitored the situation has issued orders to form a coalition  force between Ranger Unit “Zulu-Alpha” and a Special Infantry Brigade from Italy “Brigata Dispiegamento Rapido”

    Fortunately, the last remaining assets were reallocated to NATO forces in order to rip up the Russians by the Stem and root.

    From the gathered intelligence over the past three years of battle, we know that the south airfield mostly hosts a Helo Squadron with a Sizeable QRF due to the Short runways not suitable for fast movers.

    Which leads to our Objectives.


    According to Intel and Reconnosaince to more north you go the harder the objective gets with technology and intensity.

    The last US units to attempt an assault on Objective Salt got killed around 400m from the airbase on the salt lakes… Voice comms transmitted T72 and T90 tanks rolling north… afterwards radio silence… HQ believes that this salt lake of strategic military importance having a flat ground for their SU-34’s based on the last intel this base was still under construction so possible weak points may be a viable entry point.

    Objective Lab, another military compound worth investing in heavily due to the accessibility of the port and generous mountain covers for defensible AA positions, unfortunately, little intel could be gathered till now and HQ believes that the enemy is hiding something.

    Objective Power and Radio are considered side objective with each having unique outcomes to the battlefield,

    Knocking out a set of transformers will be knocking out power to the northern side of Altis killing the power grid and rendering the enemy half combat effective due to Artifical light not available anymore.

    Knocking out Radio has maybe an effect to stop the QRF from responding. This intel can only surmise.

    The Main objective of Dislodging the Russians will be by far the tough one… High tech Asset, Probable T90 tanks.

    2. Mission

    Co-Operatively root the USSR from Altis by successfully dislodging them from key objectives

    3. Execution

    The CO may proceed as he sees fit.
