    1. SITUATION

    Situation Time: 23:30

    Lighting: Dark, full moon

    Weather: Clear

    The island of Stratis is currently abandoned due to heavy pirate activity that made it unsafe for people to stay there. The surveillance teams have seen some boats around the island although they never go ashore. Zulu Alpha has been tasked to investigate the island for possible intel on illegal arms deals and drug trafficking. Intel found info on a Warlord that died on the island with a briefcase with all his arms deals and shipping lanes.


    A.Enemy Forces:

    none, but stay aware. Small possibility of pirates on the island, they have std equipment AKs RPGs. There is a chance that they are on the island to scavenge old equipment if found you are cleared to eliminate them.

    B. Friendly Forces:

    Zulu alpha will be inserted to the island to investigate the situation on the island. Zulu Alpha is currently stationed on the USS liberty South East of the island

     

    1) Equipment: Standard equipment.

    2) Surveillance: MH-60 FLIR cam or Dragon 4

    3) Ground Vehicles: None

    4) Fixed Wing: none

    5) Rotary Wing: MH-60 (x4 Rocket pods and x2 door gunners )

    6) Naval: x2 RHIBS

    Other friendly forces: None

    C. Civilian Presence: None

    2. Mission

    1. Insert and recover intel per COs discretion
    2. if possible destroy old military equipment

    3. General Instructions

    Insert with either boats, helicopter or both COs choice
